Been carb cycling for two weeks now and weight is slowly going down. Meals like this one makes low carb day go by easy. ................................................................................... Never to late to get into shape for summer. Stay consistent and watch your diet. If it's motivation you're missing then find what will fuel you to get things done. What motivates me might not have the same effects for you. Personally I'm motivated by trying to be the best that I could be. Always finding new ways and new things that keep me hungry and wanting to push myself every day. Remember you have start somewhere....you can only grow from here on out.
