My DM’s are full of women asking me about my fitness and diet.. here is a short breakdown of what I do: I go hard with cardio only like twice a week. Meaning 2/3miles of running/walking on the treadmill but definitely pushing to the limit and breaking a great sweat. 💦 Besides that I love taking classes! Different ones. Probably Two a week, One yoga (bikram ideally) and One strength/high intensity class such as barre bootcamp or something that targets specific areas. But they vary each week, it’s whatever I feel like. On the days I don’t “work out” often times I still feel like I worked out because I stay active. I walk a lot. My kids keep me on my feet, I never sit for a long time.. i always do my stretches and backbends when I don’t make it to the gym. I feel that a little goes a long way. So if I don’t get my workout in I still ‘get my workout in’ if that makes sense. As far as diet, when I had a good workout I eat whatever I want, the days I don’t do much I try to eat better(less carbs/sweets/fried foods) but I honestly do not have a diet plan or anything of that sort I just try to stay away from the bad stuff but I don’t cut nothing out! However, I’ve noticed the more I workout the healthier I feel like eating.. it all goes together❣️BOOM #justdoit #feelgood #workout
