Well, today is the day. Two and a half years and it's finally here. I cannot express the gratitude to all of my family, my friends and my partners, who I'm so fortunate to have and support me. We've all worked so hard and put so much into this little building. Now the real work begins. We'll do you proud, #yeg.
Congrats to @alderroom on their opening day! Here, Chef Ben Staley explains the unique and intimate tasting menu concept to Bridget Ryan of @dinner_tv. Guests will enjoy 12-20 courses each night prepared right in front of them highlighting local and seasonal ingredients. Only one 7pm seating per night - book yourself a spot at alderroom.ca

Alder Room opens in a couple weeks. It sells tickets instead of reservations because it's meant to be an event - not just a dinner. The opening will be the first in a series of announcements over the next few months. YEG will never be the same when this place opens. @alderroom #unlikeanyother
