When a restaurant is as hyped as @atticamelbourne it's always such a good feeling when you go and it lives up to everything you've heard and then goes beyond. From the thoughtful, truly unique dishes to the exceptional staff (here's looking at you Jane aka somm queen and everyone else in the kitchen who signed that picture of Erika Christensen that apparently I look like) it's an experience I cannot recommend highly enough. @benshewry πŸ™ x infinity for one of those meals you'll never ever forget (especially that whole mystery meat possum tail thing)
Hot Jam Doughnut and Gumbi Gumbi | The unravelling of these next two courses was absolutely intriguing. As we were making our way through the menu, we noticed other tables get up and walk towards the back of the restaurant and not returning for a while. Naturally that peaked our curiosity and we began to wonder if this was for select diners only. Sure enough, it finally came to our turn after the mains and we were all too ready for our little "Alice in (Attica) Wonderland" adventure. It was magical!
