Since I was 16, and many of you have known me since then, I have looked up to this man, Chef Thomas Keller, as one of the reasons I have loved food. Tonight was by far the best meal of my life. He played the old school Laundry dishes like The Rolling Stones would play Wild Horses while still adding incredible new approaches to Americana with a definite grounding in French cuisine. For 21 years, I have anticipated this meal and meeting Chef Keller. Tonight did not disappoint. Thanks to @americanexpress @chefthomaskeller @_tfl_ and @soniawith_an_i for making my 10th wedding anniversary the best it could be.
