Starving while running errands so I flagged @davidchang's #ando to try his spin on #cheesesteak. High quality meat, loved the parisi #bread from #nolita. Team was very polite. Wait was a bit too long though. Meat was a bit too salty to eat the whole thing. Hope it was just this batch.

Ando’s hefty Hozon cheesesteak was tasty but in retrospect, some ketchup, bbq sauce, ssamjang or sriracha would’ve been a fine compliment to its savory richness. (I also imagined some creative stoner dressing it with a light dusting of ground cayenne and a drizzle of maple syrup.)
