Everytime I put a little bit of faith in a person . I put aside every little they have done wrong and I wipe the slate clean . Somehow they do everything all over again and show me just how dirty the slate was to begin with . Even if I clear my heart all of bad thoughts toward them , it's like they have some sort of skip which they drag all them back out to show me their true colours once again . Why does flexible dieting receive a bad reputation? . I absolutely love flexible dieting ✅ As an individual who previously struggled with an eating disorder It has changed not only my life but the lives of my clients who have also previously had a negative relationship with food. The freedom it provides the individuals that utilise it is something I cannot overlook. However, it is not all pop tarts & takeaways for every meal. . I could write a whole article on the downfalls of flexible dieting and how to beat utilise it, if you guys would like that guide just drop me a message or comment. The biggest issue I find with most people is protein intake. . ⭕️MY RECOMMENDATIONS TO HIT YOUR PROTEIN GOALS: 1️⃣Make sure you get 4+ servings of quality protein per day, preferably from a whole food source. 2️⃣If you are in a gaining phase have protein higher than 1g per lb of bodyweight. 3️⃣Eat every 2-3 hours. No this will not necessarily have an impact on the pace of your metabolism, however it will encourage you to consume a greater amount of protein and therefore hit your macronutrient goals. . TEF is directly proportional to the amount of TOTAL CALORIES. __ Fasting will get your body into "starvation mode": False. It has been shown that metabolic rate is not impacted until 96 hours of fasting. Instead it increases by around 7% after 48 hours. __ Fasted training means less strength: False. It has been shown that even after almost four days of fasting strength is not affected. I do suggest consuming BCAAs and EAAs pre, intra and post workout. ____ #intermittentfasting #fastingvegan
