Well, since a few weeks ago, I am finally back home, resting from some hectic travels, gaining a couple of kilos, working (very hard) on my blog and planning my next adventure. What are my next travel plans? In 2 weeks, I am flying to Mexico. My girlfriend (the one in the photo) is actually from Mexico City, so I’ll be spending some time there, meeting her family, gaining even more kilos and working more on my blog. We we’ll travel around the country but I am not planning to blog about it. I am really looking forward to do tourist stuff, without having to worry about anything but just having fun. No notebooks, pencils or standing in a place for 2 hours, waiting for the best shot. I’ll just take pictures for myself and enjoy the beaches of Mexico so, unless I have a cool travel story which involves Narcos and people from the Guadalajara Cartel, I don’t think I will write about it. What are my travel plans after Mexico? I will fly back to Spain by the end of February and, from there, I’ll go straight to the Middle East. I really want to re-visit Iraqi Kurdistan, Lebanon, Iran, as well as go, for the first time, to Turkish Kurdistan. However, the real purpose of going back to the Middle East is because there’s a travel conference happening in Dubai, where I really want to find people who could help me visiting Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Syria and the south of Iraq. That would be my potential travel plans until June… For the rest of the year, I am still building a brand-new plan and the only thing I can say is that it’s going to be a real off the beaten track adventure.
