Trained at #nike today with my boy @avery_jessup Decided to hit lower body and started of with #squats and followed those up with #deadlift triples and then light conditioning afterwards! Squats included cluster reps of 5-5-5 with a 15-30 second recovery between each set. We hit 3 working sets.. This is my top set at 275#. It got a lottle spicy! Need to build my squats back up! Gotta love strength and volume days!
