Pretty relieved about what my physique (as planned) has done in the past week’ish timeframe. I say that because: . . Due to some medical concerns that have come up and some questions, as of last week, the last thing I have felt - especially today- is “in shape”. Isn’t it funny how stress and worry can impact your body’s reaction to said variables? I have clients that obviously have multiple things going on too at any different time, medical scares and trauma, injuries and illness, waiting for test results of this or that etc... I always say “you can’t accurately gauge your progress when you’re experiencing something possibly life altering or you aren’t able to train or eat like you need to and your progress is being temporarily masked”. But WHEN that “what if/question” lifts, you’ll be happy you stayed the course and your body will snap back and remember the work you DID do - how you did what you could- how you focused on the areas in your life that you COULD control. Be thankful for your health my frannnns 👯‍♀️.
