Posting a pic from about a month ago cause I'm sick today. . . Really hate that I can't workout but I'm fighting off those negative thoughts - that taking time off will hurt my progress. What will hurt my progress significantly more is if I don't allow my body to heal, push myself too hard in the gym, and end up taking even more time off. . . Sometimes, the fastest way to reach your goal is to rest. Always listen to, love, and respect your body, and it will love you back❤️
