I Coach women on how to exercise at home and eat healthy, but I always need to take care of ME first. . The reason I share my videos and selfies is to let my followers know that I GET IT, I know it’s hard to stay on track. I struggle myself every single day too. . I’ve been consistent enough to lose and keep off 25 pounds since I started my journey 4 years ago. That doesn’t mean there aren’t days that I think about skipping my workout. Or want to just “pretend” I did it and show up on social media. . Today was a good day. 40 minutes of weights had me sweating. The repetition of this workout with Autumn wasn’t a ton of changes in weights and I like when I don’t have to overthink what to do. . I feel ACCOMPLISHED at the end of it, and I’m now motivated to eat healthy for lunch to KEEP feeling good. . #throwbackthursday Not just a change in hair color, a total change in mindset too ✌🏼Left: 25. Right: 31. . In my 20s I didn't live a healthy lifestyle. I thought that frozen meals, slimfast shakes and hours at the gym were what it would to be the "perfect size." My weekend binging of booze and pizza 🍕 didn't help either. I was pretty set on trying each "fad" I found, without looking at the long game of becoming HEALTHY. I'd buy a product, try it for 2 weeks, get discouraged, and go back to my old ways. I felt helpless and not sure what to do to ditch the "college 20" I had gained. . In my late 20s my sister started up with Beachbody 💪🏼 She was drinking shakes and working out at home in our apartment. I was pretty skeptical 🤔 that what she was going would work. But she looked great! And seemed to be a lot happier from the fitness community she met too. I was kind of jealous, because whatever I was doing wasn't working. So I decided to throw caution into the wind and try it too. . It certainly didn't happen overnight, but gradually I saw changes in my body when I was doing the workouts, drinking a shake and eating healthier. I loved that a meal plan was included with my workout program. I could still have fun on the weekends, just not go too crazy 😜When I had questions, I plugged into a private Facebook group to ask them. The women in there were cheering me on and helping me make sure to stick with it! It was a FULL support system that I never had before 🙌🏼 . Fast forward to today and I haven't looked back. I'm in better shape at 31 then I ever was in my 20s. Let alone that I don't feel my age at all 💁🏼 . I want to let you know it's never too late to get started. That I have been there and there is a REAL way to see results without drastic action like hours at the gym or wraps / pills. And that there are real people (like me) that have been through it that can help you look and feel your best 💋 . I'm looking to help 🔟 women get
