12 weeks of consistency. . Back in July when I was asked to be a part of the #80dayobsession (@80dayobsession) Test Group, 3 months seemed like a freaking LONG TIME. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to commit to something for sooooo long. And honestly it was because I had only ever once did a program for that long, and I didn’t stick to the meal plan 100%. . This has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, mentally and physically. But I’m really PROUD of how far I’ve pushed myself and that I’ve kept going. There have been a lot of sacrifices, but I’ve loved the changes that I’ve seen from my body thus far. . Final week: PEAK WEEK. We are mixing up the workouts, and I’m going on a carb-cycle meal plan to see how those muscles can POP. Wish me luck!!!
