I love the feeling of strength, it’s something I never knew I wanted until starting to put more effort into my health and working out again. There is power in finding out what your body is capable of. Physical power in being able to do x amount of push ups or reps or lifting more weight. Mental power in knowing I pushed past the voice in my head saying I couldn’t, or that I’ve accomplished enough. And emotional power in the happiness I feel doing something just for me. What it something you have done lately that made you feel STRONG and POWERFUL?
10 photos doesn’t quite cut it! Amazing Christmas break spent on the over side of the world. Eye opener for sure... seeing how little people have yet how happy they are. Quickest 4 weeks of my life, can see why people do this for 6+ months. Shoutout to my mum, brother and beautiful best friend for making everyday enjoyable. Back to the hustle!
