I've not been able to get a good Saturday morning training session in for ages, so it felt really good to get up and hit the gym! I thought I'd try a new place so I joined in a morning boxing class before doing a 15 minute AMRAP and finishing off with a strength session. Three rounds of 40kg sled push, 6 30kg med ball slams, 30 sec of DUs and 10 hanging knee raises. It was enough to get the blood pumping and the sweat dripping! Whenever I get to sessions like this it makes me realise how much I love the environment and how I'd be happy to spend my day hanging in an awesome gym! Here's to everyone who is training today - rise and grind and get it done!
