Still nursing my ankle so I went and did an old upper body workout. @bodyrocktv_lisamarie this was one where you were borrowing CTWs 10lb vest before you started rocking it errday!!! Also not ready to do lunges yet on my ankle but still wanted a challenge so added in a little @bodyrocktvseanlight inspired balance trainer balancing!!! (Not shown: my multiple wipeouts 😂😂😂)

Workout all done and feeling good. I love love this awesome shirt from @ledbetter_inc serious one of the most comfortable shirts ever. And it reminds me to find my own balance to not compare my journey to anyone elses. I workout first thing before the sun comes out because I know if I do it I wont be stressed about it the rest of the day and that work for me. That is how I balance life out. Day 3 of the @bodyrockofficial 12 Days of Christmas . . Part 1 of 2 . @bodyrocktv_lisamarie workout . . As Lisa would say " Oh my lord" ....😥😥😥😥😥 my forearms are on 🔥.... . . . This was a long workout for this afternoon trying to entertain Immi and then running into her dinner but we did it with a 10lb vest for most of it.. . . 7kg/16lb dumbbells . . 20kg/ 42lb barbell . . Green plates 2.5kg/6lb each . . Orange plates 5kg/10kb each.. . .

Where there is a will there is a way. . . . Had to modify today's 12 DOC workout with @bodyrocktv_lisamarie because I tweaked my ankle so no jumping for a lil bit. Lisa suggested doing weighted squats with a chair to be safe on my ankle and it definitely was a good substitute 😂
