Starting my IIFYM cut period today with 50g of oatmeal, 1 scoop of whey and 3 eggs cooked together for 568kcal 😊 I've started IIFYM because pure paleo was getting pretty expensive. Though I'm trying to only add oats, rice and whey protein so it's still pretty close to paleo while taking down the costs a lot.
Isn't it amazing how veins🌀are the connections within nature that allow life to flow 🌊🌊🌊throughout our bodies? ▫️ Whether in the heart ❤️ or a leaf 🍃, veins remind us that we all start from a central source and that we must branch out in order to make life happen-whether that be oxygen, nutrients or the cleansing of toxins. 💧 ▫️ The beauty in nature is easy to see but there is a beautiful lesson if we look a little harder.💙
