🍷🧀 "Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full" is a concept I could never understand.  I still struggle with this, but focusing on eating whole, nutritious foods along with 'sometimes' foods that I enjoy and learning how to eat intuitively makes this journey so much easier.  I can do this. I can get better.
