soooo I haven’t posted on this IGAccount since Feb of this year & that’s because of this little girl here!!!! I was doing keto WOE & I stopped when I became pregnant due to lack of research & a tough preeclampsia pregnancy with hypertension πŸ˜” i’ve spent the last 8+ weeks enjoying my 3rd baby & lots of snacks & sweets 😩 sooo plenty to lose to get me back on track. Happy Monday!! Runner friends, this is the easiest and tastiest breakfast ever. I know everyone is all: Omg I need to add protein to everything, every meal, all the protein!!! And I used to be like that too. Like I thought that adding protein powder or eggs or meat automatically made something healthier and more filling and better for me... BUT through trial and error and tracking and learning about food and and and all that jazz, I found that when I eat real food and not just nachos all day, my real food already has enough protein in it. So I don’t have to worry. It all evens out. AND it fuels my running better. I seriously do sooo much better with running when I eat real food instead of fake food. πŸ•  Easy Breakfast Cookies:  1/2 super ripe banananana 1/2 cup of oatmeal  1/4 cup water  Mash the banananana first! Then add the oatmeal and water. Stir it up.  Scoop into balls and lay on cookie sheet.  Sprinkle of a SMALL amount of chocolate chips. (Freal guys, don’t ruin ’em by putting a half of a bag of chocolate chips on ‘em. And don’t sneak chocolate chips. You know who you are. πŸ™‹πŸ»‍♀️Me.) Bake at 350 for 11 minutes.  How many do I eat at a time?  Well, you know I don’t track calories. When I’ve done it in the past, I have gotten super obsessive over food and caused harm to myself. Same with my relationship with the scale. So when I make these, I eat them all in one sitting... but also I only eat this serving. I don’t make 5 of these servings and eat all 5 servings in one sitting. Sooo be mindful of serving sizes, but don’t worry about every single calorie and cause yourself to go crazy... like I did.  Ps. Happy Monday! Celebrated Christmas with my family yesterday so meal prepping didn’t happen last night. So breakfast was made from what I had in the fridge. @applegate turkey sausage, two eggs and blackberries. Exactly TWO WEEKS and I embark on a whole100😱so many emotions are going through my head but Excitement is at the top! I’m excited to challenge myself and excited to see how my body will change over 100 days☺️ AND I’m so pumped to have a few of you on this LONG journey with me!πŸ’œ

#c25k Week 4 Day 1 is complete...Again. Lol. My foot wasn't as bad, but that last stretch was still painful. I'm going to do this day one more time in a couple days, this time without an incline and with Advil. I don’t know why I torture myself!  Played around in the kitchen and created a fiesta chili (completely made that up). Used Herdez salsa instead of canned tomatoes as the base, black beans, turkey meat, onion, chili powder, Jamaican curry seasoning, and added okra after it was cooked.  No idea how it tastes and won’t know until Thursday when I break my fast with it.
