I’ve created two 5 minutes HIIT workout for you to try... 45 seconds on/15 seconds rest  1. - Star jumps - Burpees - Mountain climbers - Jump squats - Lunge pulses (22 seconds each leg)  2. - Squat to press up position - Single arm kettlebell snatch, alternate arms - Exercise ball ab roll outs - Exercise ball reverse crunch - Curtsey lunges with kettle bell  These two fun workouts will target your whole body, leave you feeling pumped and have only taken 10 minutes for both!
