It might be super late, but this lady just got her Monday workout done💪🏼 But let me start off by saying this. My motivation on this Monday night was non existent before this happened... I was waiting for Lance to get home from hunting, my legs are crazy sore still(mainly my hammies and boy are they tight today🙈lol), I feel like I am starting to get sick, and I was so tired I felt like I could sleep for 2 days straight. All of those excuses are not nearly as important to me though, as meeting my goals of feeling confident AF in my skin by New Years! I have slowly started to see progress and I am not going to let my lack of motivation keep me from continuing to see more results. Let my crazy looking sweaty selfie be motivation for you! This might sound cheesy but remind yourself whenever you can't find your motivation about what is more important to you; sitting on the couch watching another episode on Netflix, or working towards being the best and healthiest you that you can be💕

I got my workout in and so damn proud of myself. I almost didn’t make it. Monday and Wednesday are hard for me with school. This Monday is done! I had to take a few days off last week and boy it crazy how your mind can easily slip into old ways. Workout is the best therapy. My body is always in pain every min of the day and it’s tough to get moving cause of Lupus but I’m back on. Bring it on!!! Day#144 Workout. Not giving up on me!!!!
