👉 Day 9 is done and in the books. I got a late start due to driving slowly because of freezing rain, but still got my workout done before work. No excuses! Just a change it has been making sure to get my workout in before work. It allows me a free evening to work on college work or make plans without giving myself an excuse to skip my workout. ❤️ I used to be the person that said I could never do this. I used to be the person that could not get up and workout in the morning. I used to be the girl who had to drag her butt out of bed everyday. I used to be the girl full of negative thoughts and mean words toward myself. I used to be this girl, but I am a better version of myself now! 🙌 Now I am more positive. I chase those feel good vibes for myself. I surround myself with people and things that I love. I get up in the morning and kill that workout! 💪 I wake up, put a smile on myself and say, “Today is a new day to slay!” You can keep making excuses like I did or you can jump feet first and change your life! Start your healthy lifestyle with a mentor who will not let you sink as you learn to love yourself again in the process. We all have things we wish we could change and health/fitness is one we have control over. You will never see a new chapter, if you keep rereading the old one. Close that chapter, pick up the pen, and be prepared to write a new one with a happy you as the main character. 😍👯♀️ Do you still think you do not need to workout and that fitness and healthy eating is a fad? Well guess what is not. It is a journey with no end. You are always bettering yourself and getting those killer results. I do not diet; I meal plan. I do not count calories; I count colorful containers. I do not spend hours a day at the gym. I do a 30-60 min workout a day and that’s all! Are you ready to get that summer bod you always wanted?! Let me guide you!! ❤️❤️ 🚨Also comment below for the details on my FREE live workout this
Instead of looking at how far you still have to go, just think of how far you've come. . I've never dreamed of being someone who puts health and fitness first. I've never been athletic or coordinated, and definitely NEVER had the confidence to share my progress. But it's amazing what you can accomplish when you stop doubting yourself and start believing in yourself. . With the right tools, some accountability, and a whole lot of personal development I've lost 20 pounds and gained a whole new life. . What could you gain if you just gave yourself a shot?
We have checked off all priorities on the to do list today. By “we,” I mean “I” ... but I am giving Stanley a generous assumption today (#yesand) that he helped my mood while either sleeping under the blanket and purring or by biting me when I was on the phone. What I know for sure is this: I had a great workout this morning and the whole fam is ready for #thisisus tonight. Also: Stanley is living his best life today and every day. #tryingnottobejealous#adoptdontshop
