Get ready for a burner… This one should be fun! During the second portion, feel free to mix the jumps up however you would like (toe touch, Pike, hurdler, etc.) The jumps do not have to be connected. Once getting into the higher numbers, take breaks and split them up as needed. If you do not have a back tuck, feel free to use back walk overs or back handsprings instead.
