Your nutrition needs to match your training and your recovery and rest and stress need to be taken into consideration. Make sleep your priority and make yourself number one. You can't pour from an empty Cup just like you can't expect results without considering all the variables

In a world that’s driven on opinion and self doubt it’s often difficult to understand that the only true opinion that matters is the one you have of yourself. If people dislike you, you can either take that two ways. Negatively by disliking yourself and having a bad impression on your capabilities in life. Or alternatively you can simply disregard what anyone says, brush off the negativity and focus on your best efforts. If you believe you can do it then that’s the only opinion that counts.
Musikhjälpen! Today we did something to help others and that’s the sort of things that I like. Wall balls though, something that I’ve lost my confidence about after last weekend. But I thought, I got to help out and 1 wall ball= 1 SEK, so let’s just do it!! It was a pair wod but since I’ve had a bad day with my grandfather’s funeral and all I wanted to do it alone. So instead of getting 18 minutes of work I got 33 minutes because I only did 11 minutes of each and then 1 minute rest and I scaled some reps as well. 33 minutes of hell and I can tell you, all kind of emotions came to the surface. I cried and screamed and scared some of the newest members with all of my sounds. But I’m glad that I did that because I felt a LOT better afterwards. I only got a few wall balls in during every round doing it like this so I’ve decided to double my wall ball result and giving 410 SEK to @musikhjalpen . It’s the least I can do. Calling work and taking a ”taking care of sick child day”, she is sick but not THAT sick. All though she is starting her medicine today and I need some too since my joints are acting up. Probably since I did 205 wall balls yesterday along with 275 DU, 132 kb-swings and 220 m sled push. Ended the day with @romwod as I have done now for just a short while but is already feeling the results.
