Moist like yellow cake cornbread. One of the sides for tomorrow. I like my cornbread moist and sweet. I can eat one that isn’t sweet but it HAS to be moist. Don’t give me no dry choke you when you try to swallow cornbread.
Today's feast: Baby back ribs in the Instapot, compliments of a new recipe from @markbittman, a fellow Clarkie! Made a few customizations, including a bit of brining with pineapple juice. Nice recipe! (Served with a veggie stir fry and some fresh corn bread with honey)
