I stumbled through a few old photos and I found this. A picture I quickly took and overlooked from one of my first trips to the Washington side of the Gorge. It reminded me of my spontaneous nature, the random moments when I’m looking through the viewfinder of my camera that usually lead to my favorite photos. This made me smile, so I thought I’d share it with you.
Brain Bread slices - this is a new banana bread recipe I created with a twist. It has 7 simple ingredients and loaded with protein and brain power, & of course it's super healthy! Here's the recipe : - 4 overripe bananas - 4 tbsp water - 1 tbsp vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt - 1 tsp of baking powder - 1 tbsp hemp protein powder - 2 cups of coconut flour - mash bananas and blend all the wet and dry ingredients together.
