Hacer pan es complicado o sino que se lo digan a mi amigo @antoniogarciablanch panadero 👨‍🍳 experto en pan del bueno 🙌👌., yo cuando no tengo pan de panadería real ( y digo esto porque sabéis que el pan industrial no es pan sino bolleria industrial )., pues me hago unos “ panqueques” requetebuenos con harina integral de avena + clara de huevo + bebida de arroz y ... los llevo a la sartén con aove!! So... I'll work on the looks next time, but you need to try this! . Spinach wraps with chicken breast, cheddar sauce and tomato. I love the colours, but the taste is absolutely amazing! . Thank you again, @cooking.with.elsa for the inspiration 🤗 Or maybe I should thank @healthyclemsy 😉. I might not have improvised the wraps quite right and will try to get them better next time, but it kind of worked so see below for what I did. . #postworkoutmeal . For the filling: 1 cooked chicken breast Tomatoes 100g cream cheese 20g cheddar cheese Salt and pepper ▪ Slice chicken breast and tomatoes ▪ Mix up the cheese with salt and pepper (and maybe additional seasoning) to your liking. I added a little of the chicken broth for the taste. . For both wraps: 200g spinach 2 eggs Onion and garlic to your liking ▪ If the spinach is frozen, unfreeze and drain a tiny bit of the water ▪ Put in the food processor with eggs, onion, garlic and a little salt and pepper ▪ Fry half of it in the pan for each wrap, carefully turn ▪ Add cheese sauce while the wraps are still in the pan so the cheese will melt, add chicken and tomato, wrap up ▪ Enjoy 😊
