I remember the days I would wake up and take fat burners, multi vitamins, probiotics, dandelion root, fish oil and list goes on. I took 10 or more pills a day for my “health”. Yes some of these are good for you. Yes it can “supplement” your diet. But it’s so crazy to me how the media world feeds you... take this pill. drink this before you workout. drink this after. THESE WORK! yes because you get 💰. I don’t blame you!!!! Trust me. That’s the goal right? Post on social media and get paid, right? What happened to eating exactly what you’ve always heard is healthy. What happened to just being HEALTHY???? Fruits. Vegetables. Things that are NATURALLY made. My gut health has never felt better NOT taking a ton of pills and vitamins and drinks and proteins and allllllllll of that. yes vitamins are good for you. I just overdid all of it I just needed to get away💊!!!!!! Health guys. Just. Health. 🍇🥕🍎.
