Happy Friday, everyone! I spent this afternoon out in the sun at the pool ☀️ I've been lacking motivation to lift this week. I'm really enjoying my cardio, but not my weights. I actually haven't truly lifted in over 1.5 weeks. I've been lacking energy since Easter weekend and decided to give myself some time off and focus on all the work I have before my graduation. I'm hoping my drive will come back once my schedule gets back to normal. However, I WILL still make it to the gym today. I decided I'll do whatever I want in that moment I step into the gym, whether that's legs, low intensity cardio, HIIT, etc. When I'm lacking motivation, I find it's best not to worry about what workout you "should" be doing and instead just focus on just plain doing one.
