Chest day is the best day! Kind of. Regardless that is what day it was today, wrapped up the workout with these bad boys. Closed grip chest press to fly. Yes, they are as awful as they sound. I can probably up the weight, but currently can't move my arms, so I think I am good.
😭😭😭Why can so many parents share in these sentiments??? Parent: Okay, so get a different chair? Is it that serious? Child: Yes! I had already warmed that one up for my behind!!! P: If he keeps copying you, why don't you just set a precedence of silence? C: 'Cause I wanted to tell him something. 😲😲 P: Why don't we just take the friggin' stairs (so I can work off some of this anxiety you people keep creating in me)? C: But he got to open the car door so it's my turn to do something. 😤 P: You don't have a window because the entire car, including YOUR window, belong to Daddy and Mommy. C: I'm so mad at you, Mom, because you never let me have anything. 😑 #reasoningwithchildren#parenting#parenthood#momlife#dadlife#moms#dads#lol#siblings#stopit#whyidoyoga#pleasegotosleep#parentinghumor
You know. One huge problem I've noticed with teens and young adults within this past year is a simple fix. I've seen more people be creative with excuses as to how something can't be done or why they can't be somewhere. • If you were to apply that negative thought into a positive thought, figure a way around it, then I can guarantee you WILL find a way. • Until then, I'll sit back, help as many people as possible, disregard negativity, and apply positivity towards the right people.
