Undulating Calories. My favorite way of tracking - it is so sustainable and so much easier for maintaining a good balance a social life. To think I had a couple indulgences this week and STILL came in under my caloric goal.
• C I R C U I T S • I seriously have the best PT in the world. I get so much more out of my sessions than I should. He's super generous and kind to me and my husband, and has been so helpful through this difficult time when James has been unwell. Tonight we did like a mini circuit. I filmed it for you guys so it'll be up when I've edited it. I'm so proud to say we were able to start doing some work on my legs today. Adam finally feels my hips are strong enough to give it a try and I did it. I was pushing the prowler with 50kg's on it (90kg in total) as part of my circuit and I'm just thrilled that I'm getting my mobility back. I honestly believe when I've finished this journey I will be fitter than I've ever been in my life, and that's coming from an A level dance student and ex dance teacher. I'm so excited at the possibilities and the future. Dreaming about the next 60 years with my hubby when it reality I could've ended it all last year. Praise God for second chances. Thank God I chose life instead of death April 2nd last year. Onwards and upwards 🖤
