Apologies for going MIA. I had an unexpected break from @thebalancedingredient with no Instagram, blog posts or newsletters while I started growing a tiny human & moving house at the same time 🤰😱😍🏡I can tell you right now there has been zero glowing & all the sickness and exhaustion so far hence my disappearance. The focus has been purely on just existing most days but as I'm improving it's time to get back on track!! My hot tip for 2017 is DO NOT MOVE HOUSE WITH MORNING SICKNESS. And if you do I hope you are as lucky as I was and could call your mama bear in tears & ask for help & she will appear and unpack like a boss and make you Vegemite toast. Thanks mum ❤️
