In disbelief 😳😆 I’ve been training with @adairtrainer for the past couple months, and yesterday we retested my lifts after 8 weeks... I’m totally shocked and blown away with what I’ve been able to achieve in such a short amount of time: ✨SQUAT +45lbs✨ Before: 140lbs, Now: 185lbs ⚡️BENCH +15lbs⚡️ Before: 110lbs, Now: 125lbs 🌟DEADLIFT +45lbs🌟 Before: 205lbs, Now: 250lbs Huge shoutout to @adairtrainer for always encouraging me and helping me get strong af 💪🏼 Can’t wait for what’s next 🙌🏼

Had a quick break between meetings in the city so I squeezed in a 5 mile run on the Embarcadero. How’s that for #efficiency. And some much needed vitamin D to clear my head. That’s why I love running, it’s so easy to grab your running shoes and get it done wherever you are.
What do you see?!?!? In all reality I DO NOT look like this. It was the perfect angle, perfect lighting, 6am and not a bit to eat. What I'm getting too is don't compare your body to everyone else!!!!! I don't have abs like that 😂 I'm working on it but it's not my reality. I know I look for angles🙋🏽 We tend to feed into all this bullshit of what we should look like. We follow all these "athletes" that know the perfect angles are and that's where it all starts! We make the comparisons. You don't need to look like every one else because like this pic it could just be the lighting. Do you get the point??? Everybody is different and beautiful in its own way. Work on your body for you!! And if you're a local athlete you shouldn't probably not be an asshole in person. I have met a few abs dang your personalities are terrible. Sad to say. Don't just do it for the "like" People actually look up to you. So be nice: Ok rant over. #doitforyou#beyou

I may be getting my ass kicked in the gym these days, but you better believe I straight up fucking LOVE it. Today we did Hero wod “Blake” and it got me good! #mylegs 🤣 Wouldn’t have it any other way🤗. . I’ve been trying to walk the line between pushing myself, and taking it easy enough to not make me sore for 4 days and unable to train at all, as I try to get my body back into the routine of consistent wods, after basically 6 months of dropping way back to 2-3x week (not to mention I just got back from a 2 week trip!). . Learned my lesson earlier in the week and went RX when I shouldn’t have!😬 It’s so humbling to try to train like you’re “used to” after a big chunk of time off or away—Finding my rhythm and having some fun as I work my way back! 😅 (Workout deets in my stories)
