I was close to giving up. I sat there for a few minutes debating which program to hop onto next, but my mind kept wondering back to @chrisdowningfitness and what he said about celebrating completion of a program that freaked me out from the beginning. . Truth is when I saw that introduction video, I was all "Hell no!!!" I cannot do any of that Shift. I even tried it twice during the Sneak Peak but my mind was still in a big state of "No!" But then I did it anyway because I such a bandwagonist. And I finished a full round! . So as I was browsing my workout library this morning, I couldn't think of anything else challenging to do. I watched his pep talk video on why we should do Round 2. I felt so ashamed for not putting my head right. So, my yellow marker is screaming in my head right now. . Yes I certainly have a long way to go in the PhD program, but this entry also served as a reminder of why I started and that I should JUST KEEP SWIMMING. . All people who achieved something amazing had to see it in their mind first. The impossible can become the possible with the right amount of belief. . This is true of abundance too.. there is enough for us all. Set your intention on success and take inspired action towards it daily. . See you at the top! No excuses!
