Hula hoop practice today from GoodLife gym 😊💕 I love being able to find little spots where I can throw down with my Hoops and no one else in the gym seems to even notice. I’ve had many friends not want to go to the gym for fear of other people looking at them or judging them, but I can tell you spinning around with pink hair and sparkly hoops and most people are focused on themselves and their workout - they Are there for themselves !! Don’t let fear stop you from reaching your goals 💪🏻💪🏻

Do you ever get tired of should? You should be eating better. You should be working harder/less. You should get a real job. You should be more ladylike. You should have a niche. You should be focusing on *insert bullshit here* I know I'm tired of should! What about what you WANT/LIKE/DESIRE/NEED, should doesn't care about any of those things. Should is all about shame and guilt. Notice the things that you don't should yourself about. Those are the things you do without having to guilt yourself into doing them. Those are the magic. Use the things you don't hace to guilt yourself about to get the other stuff. Of course we need to eat better food sometimes, but instead of shoulding yourself try making it worthwhile! I should work out, so I started taking a fitness class that my friend teaches that's fun! Boom, no longer a should. What do you should yourself about that you'd like to release?
