Burger Date with our friends as part of our nutrition plan! WHAT?! Yes I know it’s crazy that burgers would be on a plan but here’s the reasoning ... the program is intense and is a 3 month long journey. The nutrition plan is amazing with making sure your body is getting the right nutrients at the right time. So with a day like this we are refueling our glycogen stores but even more so our mental state as we eat a burger. I want to raise my girls to love smoothies and also a burger. Loving our bodies can sometimes mean having a donut and saying yes to things in moderation. I felt great after and ready to take on Leg day tomorrow. I’m so proud of all the women that are saying yes to having a healthy mindset and a healthy and strong body. Because 🥦 is wonderful, but sometimes I’m going to smile and eat a 🍔.
