#mantramonday “All is merry and bright”✨ . Can you believe it?! Christmas is 1 WEEK from today! I don’t know about you guys but this is my absolute favorite time of year ❤️ I still have finals until Friday but i’m looking forward to wrapping lots of presents this week and watching a bunch of Christmas movies with my mom! I also can’t wait till my brother is home from college, so many great things to look forward to! . — it’s so wonderful knowing how to properly refuel🏊🏻‍♀️💪🏻 after swim this morning i decided to come home and make this delicious arrangement: ––> toasted ww English muffin ––> 2 tbsp peanut butter ––> 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds ––> 2 scrambled eggs with onions ––> honeycrisp apple ––> 1/3c oatmeal squares ––> ~4oz plain Greek yogurt ––> 1/2 of a mint chocolate clif bar  after this i’ve gotta get to my appointment with my dietician and probably go over to my friend’s house. so yay, i’ll be running all over the place lol have a wonderful day everyone. stay strong💗✨ 12.18.17
