Sometimes you have to eat a giant piece of marbled beef 🐂🥩🔥and Brussels Sprouts with balsamic vinegar! Put this bad boy in the oven at 400 until it felt medium rare 🥩and then seared 🔥it in my cast iron with @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil 🥑. Cooked the Brussels 🥦in the leftover oil and threw @thrivemkt balsamic vinegar in at the end. Made this French Onion Pot Roast in a crockpot a couple weeks ago, froze a big container of it & kept another container in the fridge. I'm not a huge red meat eater, so Mister Smiley has been getting it in 1-2 of his lunches each week. • This recipe is a combination of a crockpot French Onion Soup recipe from my Oma & a French Onion Roast recipe in an old Word doc I found. The roast recipe called for canned/condensed French Onion Soup & we just don't eat that stuff... every single can of FrO soup I looked at (just out of curiosity) contained MSG aka monosodium glutamate. Healthy baked sweet potato 🍠 "Toasts" with Spicy Guacamole🥑. It’s a quick, easy and nutritious snack, not to mention it’s so delicious 😋 !~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ For the sweet potato "toast": •	1-2 large sweet potato •	1  teaspoons avocado oil  For the guacamole: •	2  avocados •  1 tablespoon  red onion (chopped) •	1 tablespoon  tomato (chopped, no seeds) •	1 cloves  garlic (minced) •	1/2 - 1  jalapeno (diced) •	1 teaspoon  lime juice (freshly squeezed) •	 black ground pepper/ Himalayan pink salt (to taste)  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Prepare the sweet potato "toast": 1 Cut both end off the potato.  Slice the sweet potatoes from top to bottom in 1/4 inch thick pieces.  2	Place the sweet potato slices on a baking pan.  3	Lightly brush both sides with avocado oil.  4	Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.  Flip the slices over and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes. 5	Remove from oven and prepare for assembly.  While the sweet potato slices are baking, prepare the guacamole by adding all ingredients for the #guacamole to a small bowl and mash it together with a fork until it gets to the consistency you prefer. Avoid cow’s milk; drink nut, coconut, or hemp milks instead.

Guuuten Abend 👋🏼 Ich hätte da eine perfekte Rezeptidee wenn ihr nach der ganzen Schlemmerrei oder einfach so mal etwas Leichteres essen wollt: Zucchinilasagne. ☺️ Statt den üblichen Nudelblättern verwendet man bei dieser Variante Zucchinischeiben. Here’s the skinny: Servings: 12 • Size: 1 Stuffed Mushroom • Calories: 64.7 • Fat: 3.4 g • Carb: 2.7 g • Fiber: 0.5 g • Protein: 3.8 g • Sugar: 0.3 g • Sodium: 140.2 mg  Ingredients: 12 Baby Bella Mushrooms 4 Oz. Neufacatel Cream Cheese, Softened 1/2 C. Reduced Fat Shredded Italian Cheese Blend Salt & Pepper to Taste 10 Oz. Frozen Chopped Spinach, Thawed 1 Tbsp. Light Butter, Cubed 1/4 C. Red Wine (Gloria Ferrer Pinot Noir) 1 Tbsp. Reduced Fat Grated Parmesan Cheese  Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.  Clean and separate the mushroom caps from the stems; chop the stems and set them aside along with the caps.  Beat together the 4 Oz. cream cheese, 1/2 C. shredded cheese, salt and pepper to taste until well combined.  Add in the 10 Oz. chopped spinach, and chopped stems of the mushrooms  Spoon in spinach mix and divide evenly . Add the 1 Tbsp. butter and 1/4 C. red wine into the bottom of a baking dish.  Arrange the mushrooms in the baking dish and top with the 1 Tbsp. grated parmesan.  Place the pan into the oven to bake for about 30 minutes - depending on the size of your mushrooms -  #merryfitmas
