Preventative maintenance day on Liberty. Van now has 27k and is a little over 14 months on the road. Changed the climate filter, air filter, doing oil change and will change the fuel filter when I get back from our upcoming trip. Should have about 30k at that point. If you wish to save some money it pays to learn how to do the simple maintenance procedures and learn the maintenance schedule. Climate filter is super simple to pop in place. Air filter requires removal of the air box to give you access to tilt the top up. To do that you have to disconnect the two sensors (MAF & AT sensors), disconnect the hose clamp that attaches the output hose, pull up the battery boost connection (little red handled item on right of air box) remove the intake hose and then gingerly pull upwards on front of plastic box. Unit will then remove from rear brackets. A t25 Torx bit is used to undo the front screws.
