Holy sweat fest. 37 weeks pregnant tomorrow and feeling energy now that the countdown is ON. Give this a try! Use it as your workout for the day, or add it into your gym routine to get some HIIT training.💦 20 squats 10 push-ups One minute of X-jumps • 20 squats 10 push-ups One minute of sprints • 20 squats 10 push-ups One minute of side crunches • 20 squats 10 push-ups One minute of march with DB press • 20 squats 10 push-ups One minute of step-back reverse flys • That's it! 100 squats total, 50 push-ups total and cardio in between to get that heart rate up. Leave it as is, or I dare you to repeat! ;)
