Happy Sunday, lovely humans. This morning I woke up and decided today I'm going to truly care for and nourish my body right from the start. I feel tight, sore, and worn out from the vigorous week of training. I used to integrate yoga into my daily life but I have let that slide in the last year or so. And boy, I can tell. I am so much less flexible. My aches and pains are more pronounced. Time to listen to my body and take more gentle care of it on a daily basis ✌🏻& ♥️
Igår var En VILD oplevelse ! 😱😍! . 🇩🇰

Hit your back and biceps extra hard with a supinated (palms up) barbell row. 〰 Keeping good lower body position will also give your hamstrings, lower back, and abs some work. 〰 Make sure you control the pace, and keep the hinged position the whole time. 〰 Try 3-4 sets of 8-15 reps to really hit your back and arms.
Diets 101👇🏼 • You probably heard about a bunch of diets by now. There's keto, paleo, chrono, intermittent fasting, carb cycling, weightwatchers, etc. • It might seem hard at first to decide which one is the best for you. Actually it's really simple when you brake it down. None of those diets are special. They all work in the same way, by restricting calories and creating a caloric deficit. So basically what you need to do to lose weight is simply restrict calories slightly for a prolonged period of time. That's it! • Following a diet type can be fun and helpful sometimes but keep in mind that there's no magic to it and you don't have to live by a certain diet type religiously. It's just a tool in your arsenal that you can use. You can switch them up until you find which one works the best for you. When you find the one that lets you enjoy life while making progress you know you've hit the jackpot. Then just stick to it, be consistent and patient. Results will follow! If you get bored of that specific diet type just switch it up for another one. • I do not preach any particular diet type, they can all work for different people. What I personally do is a combination of intermittent fasting (IF), so not eating for a good part of the day, and counting calories AKA If It Fits Your Macros (IIFYM). That's just what I found works for me throughout experimentation. • Good luck in finding the ideal diet type for you and your lifestyle! ————————————— 🌎Online Coaching 👨🏻💻 • 📧email@example.com • ✅4, 8 or 12 week option ✅tailored nutrition plan ✅tailored workout plan ✅weekly check-ins ✅daily support 24/7 ❌no food restrictions ❌no meal plans ❌no meal timing ❌no BS
