Beet bloody marys are the way to go. That fuchsia color! You know how you’re supposed to eat all the colors? Drinking all the colors should be a thing too.(Except blue...I have yet to meet a blue-hues drink I enjoy.)
Have you tried the “Split-Sear” 🍔🔥 ? Wait for it... It’s a game changer ! The meat n’ cheese get a little caramelized, the buttered bun gets a nice toasty char and... it’s still mid-rare inside ! I’ve seen it pop up here n’ there, so it’s nothing new, but I discovered it by accident a while back. Sometimes my burgers are a bit under/rare for people, so I started throwing them back on the grill. That “Serious Beef-Offal Burger” from last week was even a bit rare for me. (I know, Imagine that !) I brushed the inside with a little butter and seared it hard and fast. Deeelicious ! Give it a try on your next burger.
