it’s a good hump day when your finals are finally over, you get a good workout in to relieve the stress of waiting for your final grades back, and you’re feeling super good about your bod progress🤗 I’ve been LOVING @katescrivfit’s workout plan this past week and a half, and my body seems to love it too. I usually never do abs or a lot of cardio in the gym (easily my least two favorite things🙈) but this workout plan forces me to do them, and I can definitely feel a difference. I’m a Taylor already down an inch in my legs and waist so I’m so excited to see where I’ll be at the end of her program!!!
