Like my old coach used to say "change is a process, not an event". I've been putting wayyyyy too much stress on my body, lifting 6 days a week and beating myself up if I wasn't. I'm not a professional athlete, nor am I on "special supplements" like some are. Not taking rest like I'm supposed to.... lifting isn't like martial arts... and that's hard for me to remember. It's easier on your body to do pad work and drill technique hours on end some days... not exactly the same with lifting... with that being said my body has not progressed as well as it could and here I am again fighting old and new injuries.... 200+ pound sled pulls aren't much, but it made my shoulder feel great! Baby steps!

Being fit is 24/7 if you train hard and eat good all week then lose it on the weekends what was the point of doing good in the first place?! 🤨 Granted little cheats here and there are totally fine, but all weekend long won’t do your body any good. Then you’ve gotta work half the week just burning off the weekend. Why not stay healthy and clean so you can build everyday?! Constant growth💯🔥🔥🔥
