Today was HARD but I am feeling that #mondaymotivation and I told myself to not be a wet bag and get on with itI I am bang on half way though my prep. 8 weeks out! I could have easily not increased my weights today. But I got 2 sets out on 87.5kg which i'm happy with as it's an improvement. Voltar à ginástica quando estiver quase boa. “As endorfinas liberadas pelo exercício têm efeito analgésico e relaxante muscular, por isso ajudam a aliviar sintomas leves”, explica o infectologista Artur Timerman, de São Paulo. Ficar na cama se a dor se espalhar além da cabeça. Ou seja, se tiver febre, infecção nas vias respiratórias (nariz, laringe, faringe, pulmões), febre e dores no corpo, descanse. Não pode Malhar até transpirar, o que não vai expulsar vírus e bactérias e curá-la. “Forçar o corpo além do limite pode agravar sua condição, que está sensível”, avisa o médico. Retomar os treinos logo depois de sair de uma gripe forte. O ideal é esperar pelo menos duas semanas e voltar aos poucos. “Escutar o corpo é a melhor coisa. Some research show that we cant neglect eccentric or concentric for maximal muscle growth, especially focusing on lowering the weight against gravity (eccentric part) create a stimulus that otherwise we left behind. And some studies show that including a high eccentric overload in your training split can be beneficial stimulate hypertrophy for example adding assisted forced reps over your maximal effort. . . .
