A weekend with these girls or a video call never disappoints! They’re so much fun and inspiring! When I met them last year Dan said “All these people are so positive. Are they for real?” Yes! I can honestly say yes! They know how to have good clean fun! When you feel better physically your start to feel better emotionally as well! These past 10 months have pushed me to be a better person in all areas of my life. Coach life is the best life! Helping others with their fitness and nutrition has now became a passion. Day 37: AAA✔️💦 That workout was HARD AF! I know I’ve been saying it all week😂 I absolutely LOVE it, the weights are challenging me in a Whole new way, and those sliders... oh those Sliders... I’m feeling them in my abs for sure! I may have cussed at Autumn a few times today🙊(my shirt says it best: I have a good heart, but this mouth) but I never quit! I modified, swapped for lighter weight for certain moves and Pushed through that challenge! Now things that happen in your day may seem a bit smaller, knowing what you can handle☺️✌️💜
