Voilà voilà.  Training du jour terminé.  Squats, fentes, abducteurs, adducteurs,  quadri, ischio, biceps triceps, pec , épaules, dos. Parce que faut travailler un petit peu le haut du corps.... Demain ce sera bas du corps et abdos exclusivement.  Avec la reprise du boulot dans une semaine,  j'ai bien peur de ne pas pouvoir aller à la salle plus de 3 fois par semaine.  Peut être que 2 fois même. 😭😭😭 Vivement que je récupère le vélo elliptique pour bosser un peu chez moi.... Heute gibt's Frühstück mal zu Mittag 😁 Da ich Süßhunger bekommen habe gibt es nichts besseres als ein einfaches Schokoporridge mit Banane und Erdnussmus 😍 Man nehme: 🔼40g Haferflocken 🔼10g Schoko-Protein (kann man natürlich auch weg lassen und mehr Kakao nehmen) 🔼1 Banane 🔼100g Joghurt/Quark 🔼20g Erdnussmus 🔼1 TL Backkakao 🔼Süße nach Wahl  Die Haferflocken mit dem Kakao und Protein vermengen und mit Wasser aufgießen. Für ca 3min ab in die Mikrowelle. Dann die halbe Banane zerdrücken und mit dem Joghurt oder dem Quark unterheben. Bei Bedarf noch süßen oder Gewürze wie Vanille oä hinzugeben. Lunch time training idea from the headless training luni!!!!
