We are SIX WEEKS out family!! - Overall feeling really great. Lower body is being stubborn and not leaning out as fast as the top but just gotta dig harder. - Hit a new low weight of 184 this week! People keep asking what I’m trying to cut down to. That’s a hard question to answer. My goal is to get to around 6-7% body fat. - Going off the number on the scale doesn’t mean shit. The key is to hold onto as much muscle mass while getting rid of the fat. - I plan on getting a DEXA scab the week of the show so keep your eyes peeled!
