Working with @sandy27_ to get him ready for his Asian moto GP championship. Working isometrically to mimic his biking movements. Core being the key here, we want to maximise movements that integrate core with the limbs. The stronger the core, the lighter the stress on his joints while he brakes when there is gravitational force acting upon. We want to make sure his mental abilities not being bothered under stress while he is on track. We want to work on increasing his heart rate through isometric holds with tempo training. For some people fat loss is a chronic endeavour and it is not easy. But small changes in theirlifestyle will help to give them a fitter and healthier body.  Weight regain statistics - the fatter a person is at the beginning of their fat loss programme, the less likely they are to maintain their weight loss. Generally, participants in supervised fat-loss programmes lose about 8-12% of their original body mass.  Unfortunately, average weight regain is approximately 33-50% of initial weight loss within a year of finishing the programme. These statistics highlight the difficulty of maintaining a low calorie diet over the long-term.  Preventing weight regain - despite the difficulties of maintaining fat loss, both aerobic exercise and resistance training have been shown to have positive effects on preventing weight regain following a diet-induced weight loss.  Even more importantly, both aerobic exercise and resistance training can prevent regain of potentially harmful visceral fat.  In fact the maintenance of exercise may be one of the best predictors of long-term weight maintenance.

💚🍍Buenos días💚 Hoy les traemos una información bastante interesante sobre qué es mejor ? el arroz blanco o el integral!? 🤷🏻‍♀️ una confusión bastante frecuente que nos gustaría aclarar!! 🤗  #repost @alessandra_eminente (@get_repost) ・・・ 📢Resolviendo dudas 〰 Arroz ¿Integral o Blanco? 〰 💬Se recomienda el arroz integral, pero muchos "demonizan" el arroz blanco... 🤦🏻‍♀️ La realidad desde un punto de vista objetivo y científico,  es que se recomienda el arroz integral por el simple hecho de que contiene más fibra y pasa por menos procesos 🚜 en comparación con el blanco, ahora, a quien no le guste el arroz integral no es necesario que lo consuma! veamos: 〰 El arroz integral crudo aporta por cada 100g unas 349 kcal, 73.9g de carbohidratos, 7.5g de proteína,  2.6g de grasa y 3g de fibra. Mientras que el arroz blanco crudo aporta unas 339 kcal, 76g de carbohidratos, 6.8g de proteína, 0.8g de grasa y 1g de fibra. 🤷🏻‍♀️¿Y el índice glucémico? bueno, el integral tiene 53 y el blanco 59, es decir, ambos entrarían dentro de los HC de índice MEDIO. Además si consumimos este cereal con otras fuentes de proteinas y grasas, su velocidad de absorción cambia y por ende la respuesta en sangre también.  Entonces, la diferencia en cuanto a fibra es muy pequeña! si queremos asegurarnos de aportar la suficiente cantidad de fibra en nuestra dieta, con una alimentación a base de alimentos integrales, 2-3 raciones de vegetales, 2-3 raciones de fruta, 1 ración de legumbres al día, es suficiente 🙆🏻. Si te gusta el arroz integral fenomenal!!! 😁🔝si no es asi, se puede consumir arroz blanco sin problema!.👍🏻
