Got outside for my workout today. It's a beautiful day for an outdoor training session. • I got it in with a total body workout right at the RV. • I surveilled the area and was a little bummed at first because there's no playground with money bars for pull-ups. The perfect solution was this pavilion! • So, I kicked things off with Finger Tip Pull-ups! Im always looking for ways to challenge myself with pull-ups. • The pavilion was a fun challenge - busted out 5 wide grip pull-ups like a lady boss. Sets after that, depending on the rest - I averaged 2 - 3 per set! • The rest of my outdoor workout included jump rope, 1.5 Banded Squats, Push-ups, and KB Deadlifts! • Cheers to warm December days!
