I've been having my one on one clients fill out a motivational worksheet this week. It helps them find their “why”. Reading through their sheets has been so inspiring to me!!!! A lot of people don’t share why they want to lose weight or why they want to make changes. It’s important to know your why, but have you shared your why? I bet most people haven’t, because it makes you vulnerable! But it can also be incredible powerful. There’s something about writing it down with pen and paper and seeing it in front of you. - I’ve seen one thing on a lot of these worksheets, and I’ve heard this one time and time again. “Look better for date nights with my significant other”. Can you relate? I know I can! A lot of us work so hard for the days we get to buy a new outfit and get all dressed up, right? What's something that motivates you? Your "why" can be more than one thing! Think physical, social, emotional, and fitness/performance.
