It can't be Tuesday without some tacos!!! 😜 I made these bad boys with ground beef (80/20)and seasoned with taco seasoning, sauteed green bell peppers and spinach with garlic, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, and tapatio on corn tortillas.
Breaking for Bistecca at @lapecorabianca! Loved this perfectly grilled, medium-rare, 28-day dry-aged, NY Strip Steak w/ baby eggplants, shishito peppers and cherry tomatoes! I always have a fun and delicious time dining at this lively Italian spot in the Flatiron! 👌
Last evening meal in Iceland! While exploring the downtown area, along the water, our hungry selves stumbled upon Reykjavík Fish. After eating the fermented shark for lunch, I was certain I could not eat anymore sea related items 😖, but long behold, after seeing that the PLOKKARI is a traditional Icelandic dish, I had to get it 😀🇮🇸 Plokkari is mashed fish (this one was with cod) mixed with boiled potatoes, sauced onions, butter, flour and milk. This was by far my favorite Icelandic meal of the trip. Reminded me somewhat of a tuna casserole, but better!
📍Chatime & ZenQ (Port Coquitlam,BC) . .. ... Tried the tofu pudding dessert for the first time, and I actually thoroughly enjoyed it. The taro could've been a little softer, it was a little hard for my liking. The tofu pudding itself was smooth and had a hint of sweetness to it. The "QBalls" Sweet potato mochi balls was chewy and nicely made. Question: is it normal for tofu pudding dessert to have this much liquid?🤔 3.75/5
