We had a sensational time catching up with @southkitch on media night. It’s been a while since I’ve been to @5churchatlanta. Things have changed for the better. Kudos to the executive chef who pulled out all the stops. Spicy pepper shrimp, lamb chops, curry chicken, oxtail ramen and even escovich fish. This food reminded me a lot of my childhood. Meet our Head Chef Paul.. A Cornwall native, after studying at the University of Surrey, Paul joined the Rick Stein team in St Petroc’s bistro, and then The Seafood in Padstow. After travelling New Zealand for 6 months, Paul landed in Mollymook in 2011 and joined the team at Rick Stein at Bannisters. Paul loves a post-service coldie, and a surf on the weekend! 👨🏻🍳
